Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery along with supporting images. After review, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.
Items Lost in Transit
Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carriers and external factors outside of our control, such as customs delays. If your order exceeds the stated delivery window by more than 10 business days, you may request a replacement order or a full refund.
Returns & Digital Content
Physical returns are not accepted. Our refund guarantee covers only defective or damaged products, and items delayed beyond the stated delivery timeframe.
Please note that for digital items, once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise delivered electronically, it is considered fulfilled and non-returnable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Animemangax.com is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. In such cases, delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information will be supplied for your reference in resolving the matter directly with the courier.
